I have heard such bad things about this agency. On google search their name comes on top and i think thats why they fraud people like this. Very bad. The companies court should take up this matter.

I also had to fight a lot for my advance payment and finally I sent them a legal notice from my husband who is a lawyer. Then they refunded half the advance money. Dont ever take their service

This is a suggestion/warning to those who stays in Kolkata and might be thinking to hire maid from book my bai- 1. They are very prompt in taking their brokerage 2. They only supply maids which will irritate you like hell, and rest assured they will make sure that none of the maid will stick for more than a month or so 3. If you have elderly in your home, complaints from made is a proven fact. That X said this and Y said that BE WATCHFUL WHEN YOU WHEN YOU HIRE

Manju Agarwal maid service is a fraud.They took Rs 4500 as advance for sending maids.Almost 50 of them turned up but none came to work after confirmation.Advance was also never refunded.Pls don't hire through this agency anytime

I have done online registration by paying 1000rs for bai service in my palava city location, they were fail to provide the service, it's been a one and half month they have not refunded the amount nor the are bother to answer the call.
